Reporting to the Social Impact Lead to kickstart the development process in communities by coordinating the asset mapping process and managing relationships with Orang Asli communities. Includes managing and equipping volunteer Pathfinders and assisting in special innovation projects.

Community engagement with Orang Asli and other communitiesFacilitating community discussionsMaintaining relationships with communities previously engagedCoordinating with partner organisationsMaintaining community databaseManaging volunteer PathfindersEngaging and equipping PathfindersAssisting in special innovation projects
Requirements
Valid driver’s licence and own transportationWilling to travel to remote locationsStrong communication skills in English & Bahasa MalaysiaProficiency in Google Workspace toolsAdventurous and willing to explore communitiesCommunity facilitation skillsProblem-solving, time management & organisationAbility to work independently and collaboratively
