Responsibilities
Job DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Project & Business Lead at Earth Heir Collective in Malaysia. The Project & Business Lead will be responsible for managing day-to-day project operations (ensuring we on track for our community development deliverables), business planning, communication with stakeholders, and having a growth mindset to support the social impact marketplace's success.

QualificationsAnalytical Skills and Business Planning expertiseStrong Business acumen and Communication abilitiesCustomer Service skillsExperience in project management and stakeholder engagementAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environmentKnowledge of sustainability practices and social impact initiativesFluency in English and proficiency in local Malaysian languages is a plusHaving marketing, business development or digital growth experience would also be a plusSend your resume to team@earthheir.com.
