Responsibilities

- Design and implement leadership development programmes- Translate leadership philosophy into structured curricula, competencies, and outcomes- Manage programme delivery end-to-end, including facilitators, mentors, and participant selection- Support participant selection, cohort experience, and alumni engagement- Oversee programme budgets, governance, evaluation, and reporting

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in programme or leadership development- Strong understanding of experiential learning, mentorship, and cohort-based models- Excellent stakeholder management, coordination, and execution skills- High standards of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
