Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIESLeadership and Strategic OversightImplement strategic plans, ensure compliance, and manage operations and stakeholder relationships.Oversee budgeting, cash flow, and financial sustainability.Develop trauma-informed curricula, recruit and train culturally competent staff.Address students' needs and build community partnerships.Execute fundraising plans and advocate for refugee education.
Requirements
QUALIFICATION• Education: Master's degree, Educational Leadership, or related field required.Experience: 5+ years in educational leadership, preferably in refugee or trauma-informed settings.Proven success in budget management and grant writing.Language Skills:Proficiency in English required.
