Set and drive vision, strategy, and goals for student impact and Fellow developmentLead and align cross-functional teams across the Fellowship lifecycleEnsure excellence in programme design, implementation, and impact measurementBuild and sustain partnerships with government, education institutions, and corporate partnersChampion collaboration, equity, and performance cultureContribute as part of the Senior Leadership Team
Requirements
Minimum 9 years of work experience with significant leadership rolesDeep understanding of Malaysia’s education landscapeExperience in programme leadership, curriculum design, coaching, and MELStrong stakeholder management and leadership capabilitiesFluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
