Summary Of Key Functions/accountabilities Manage F2F agency partners Manage Telemarketing programmes for ‘cold’ donor acquisition Oversee telemarketing to reactivate lapsed donors collect/convert warm leads Lead other initiatives to develop new opportunities, especially within mass media channels Support in-house F2F as relevant Lead efficient and timely procurement and invoice processing.
Requirements
Ability to analyze financial data such as ROI and cost per sale, budgeting and monitoring, performance analysis.General ability to draft clearly and concisely ideas and concepts in written and oral form; specific skills in direct dialogue acquisition material.Proven ability to effectively manage relationships with agencies and suppliersNegotiation skillsExcellent Excel skillsExperience in managing sales and/or fundraising teamsA first level university degree (Bachelor) in Marketing, business administration, accounting, business or another relevant field is required.2 years of professional responsible work experience in sales, telemarketing or other Human Resources intensive performance based operations.Fluent in English and Malay language is required. Knowledge of another official UN language is an asset.
