Responsibilities
Provide constant supervision to ensure children's safety and well-beingOffer emotional support and mentorship through adolescenceHold regular meetings to discuss events, progress, and concernsMaintain records of academics, health, personal info, and incidents
Requirements
Diploma or advanced degree in a human services, behavioral sciences or related fieldAt least two (2) years of prior experience working with children or youth, especially in a caregiving or mentorship role, is preferred. This can include work in residential facilities, childcare, teaching, counseling, or related fieldsPatience, empathy, and the ability to build trusting relationships with adolescents
Working Arrangements
Office-based, On-site (as required)
